He continued: “In addition to doubling the volume of consumption for limited consumption subscriptions, within the available technical capacities and without any additional cost, in order to clear the way for citizens to conduct their business from their place of residence, due to to the procedures and recommendations that require them to adhere to their homes and limit roaming to avoid the spread of Coronavirus, and also a way for pupils and students to complete their studies remotely by electronic means and via the Internet.

The statement concluded: “Exceptional approval was also granted to extend the decision related to the reduction of the additional international and local capacity required to Internet companies and information transmission companies on an exceptional basis for a limited period, to provide facilities to its subscribers in conditions of general mobilization in relation to the Coronavirus, provided that the issue is subsequently presented to the Council of Ministers for the good of Settlement. “
