Security cameras from an Istanbul hospital showed a Lebanese tourist hitting his head against the walls after being arrested by Turkish police for not wearing a muzzle.
According to information obtained by Anatolia, the Istanbul police asked the Lebanese tourist (BH) in the Taksim region to wear a mask to prevent the coronavirus, but the tourist refused and attacked the police.
After that, the police asked him to show his passport, but the Lebanese tourist continued his violent behavior against the police.
As a result, he was arrested and taken to a hospital in Istanbul for the necessary medical examinations.
While in the hospital, the Lebanese tourist began trying to harm himself by hitting his head against the walls.
After completing the necessary medical examinations, he was taken to court, which decided to release him and continue his trial without arrest.
