Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah revealed that “more than one side warned him not to attack him personally, especially after the assassination of former Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani.” He said: “Before and after the American elections, I was warned about an assassination operation and that any target could be Israeli or American.”
Nasrallah’s words came in the framework of the “public dialogue” through the channel “Al-Mayadeen”, as he said: “There is no precise information that the outgoing president of the United States, Donald Trump, or the Israeli enemy will take action, but there is analysis. ” He added: “Everyone is waiting and anticipating what Trump may present in the next few days, and the axis of resistance is treating with caution, precision and attention so that none of the sites on this axis is drawn into any confrontation in the moment of the enemies ”.
He continued: “When there is a great media noise from the enemy, he will do nothing, but will wage a psychological war, but that does not mean that there is no decline. When we hear the Israeli blowing the media noise, there are no real actions behind it.”
Nasrallah announced that the information indicated that “there was no Israeli landing on the Lebanese coast, as reported in the newspapers.”
The Secretary General pointed out to “Hezbollah” that “Soleimani’s assassination was clear, clear and similar to the assassination of Mr. Abbas Al-Mousawi, the former Hezbollah Secretary General,” adding, “Soleimani was at the military level a strategic leader and tactician at the same time, and recently before His assassination, I was very concerned about him and warned him repeatedly. ”
