Al-Majzoub Extends Deadline to Accept Nominal Regulations for Students of Free and Free Private Schools and to Pay Their Teachers’ Salaries
And it came as follows:
Decision No. 588 / M / 2020 regarding the extension of the term of admission to the nominal regulation for students of non-free private schools, and establishes:
Article 1: The acceptance period of the nominal regulations for students of private and free schools is extended for the academic year 2020/2021.
From the date of 12/31/2020 to the maximum date of 01/31/2021, under the penalty of taking legal measures against the school that did not submit this regulation during the extended period, especially the application of article 2 of the Circular No. 64 / M / 2007 that “provides for the cancellation of The decision to appoint the director was reduced to the withdrawal of the school license.”
Decision No. 589 / M / 2020 on the extension of the term of admission to the nominal regulations for students of free private schools, and establishes:
Article 1: The term of acceptance of nominal regulations for students of free private schools is extended only for the academic year 2020/2021, from 12/31/2020 to 01/31/2021 at most, under penalty of legal measures that are taken against the college that does not present these regulations during the Extended period, and in particular the application of article 2 of Circular No. 64 / M / 2007, which establishes “the annulment of the decision to appoint the director, which entails the withdrawal of the school license “.
Resolution No. 590 / M / 2020 related to the payment of salaries of teaching staff in free private schools for the academic year 2020/2021 and establishes: “Article 1: Associations and individuals who are owners of free private schools that they cannot open a bank account they can pay the salaries of educational staff in cash Until the end of current conditions. “
