A Lebanese citizen was blackmailed by a young Syrian who cheated on her with love and promised that he would travel with his children to Europe to form a happy married home together, and he persuaded her to send him nude photos.
The case reported by the Lebanese media started when “Najwa” became acquainted with a person on the Facebook application called “Jan. H”, and their relationship turned into a love story after he cheated on her that he wanted to marry her and that she was Syrian and had German citizenship and wanted to transfer it to Germany. The woman believed the claims of the beloved, and he asked her to give him photographs of her while she was naked, so she responded to his request after trusting him, and then asked him to give him a thousand dollars to carry out immigration procedures To Germany.
But after receiving the money, the young man avoided her and no longer responded to her calls, until one day someone answered him and told him that “Jan” (21 years old) was arrested in Turkey, and this person asked him to have sex with him or give him a thousand dollars in exchange for not publishing. His nude photos he sent to “Jean”.
The victim immediately went to court and filed a complaint against the twenty-year-old, accusing him of the crime of “blackmailing her with fraudulent means and threatening to publish her immoral photographs for legitimate gain.”
As a result of the investigations, and after following up on the cell phone of the person who contacted the plaintiff and the email of “Jan”, it was clear that the latter was “Abdul Karim A.” (a Syrian). After accusing her that she would complete her travel procedures with her children to France, and that she blackmailed her and threatened to publish her nude photos, she once again denied before the investigating judge that he asked her for money and alleging that she gave him the amount of her own Will.
