In an interview with Kuwaiti Al-Anbaa, in an article by journalist Zeina Tabbara, Al-Daher noted that “what adds to the situation is the precedent of summoning the acting prime minister, Hassan Diab, to investigate him into the explosion of the Beirut port, as if this convocation undermined the third presidency, and an attempt to isolate the site. The first Sunni in the political equation, which would achieve national balance and inevitably lead to overwhelming political chaos, which included, God forbid , a civil war that was rejected in advance.
Al-Daher continued: “The best act of Prime Minister Hariri is in his solidarity with Prime Minister Diab, in which I emphasized something, because the political differences between the references of the Sunni community do not mean at all that whoever wants to can weaken the Prime Minister’s leadership and insult him, and nullify his role and position in the equation. Not to mention that Hariri’s solidarity with Diab came from the other side to promote the judicial path, in the context of a total refusal to politicize the judiciary, use it and channel it for political ends and objectives.
In response to a question, he noted that “everyone knows who brought the tons of ammonium nitrate to Lebanon and how many disappeared, mainly because this substance is used in the manufacture of explosives for military purposes, but what prevents them from facts are made known to public opinion is excessive political hegemony. ” On judicial work, pointing out that President Michel Aoun was aware of the presence of ammonium nitrate in the port of Beirut, then why summon only the prime minister and not other presidencies?
He added: “No, gentlemen, the most important of those who believe that the Prime Minister is breaking a stick, or a mishap of creation for those affected by their new reality at the public and political level. Stop targeting the first Sunni site, stop violating the dignity of people, stop manipulating the destiny of the country. “
Al-Daher concluded his speech, highlighting that the current data at all levels does not bode well, nor does it give hope for the birth of an independent government that will save the country from its bitter situation, especially since there are those who are empowered with their weapons. , and those who are empowered with the weapons of others, to impose their conditions and their guidelines on the designated president, considering that way. The current scene confirms President Aoun’s theory that “we are going to hell and misery.”
