US President Donald Trump has suffered another defeat in his legal fight to review the voting results in the swing states won by his Democratic challenger, Joe Biden.

Today Saturday, a federal court rejected a lawsuit filed by Trump in which he requested that the Wisconsin legislature (controlled by Republicans) recognize his victory in the state, alleging violations in the voting process.

Judge Brett Ludwig, who was previously appointed by Trump to his post, stated that “the president has not provided any evidence to support his allegations of the alleged violation,” and said that the evidence presented by Trump “is a failure in terms of law and facts “.

This comes at a time when Trump’s election campaign filed a lawsuit in the Wisconsin Supreme Court, after Justice Stephen Simanic yesterday rejected his request to review the results of the state’s vote.

Trump is trying to turn the tables in his favor in Wisconsin by eliminating more than 221,000 “illegal” votes in Dan and Milwaukee counties.

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers had previously approved the results of the vote, confirming Biden’s victory over Trump by more than 20,000 votes in the state.
