3- We emphasize the need for the investigation not to get lost in the labyrinth of administrative procedures, routine complications and legal problems, so that the evidence disappears, the criminals are absent and the truth is lost, and unreliable suspicions, unfounded accusations and incorrect allegations, so the investigation falls into the jungle of politics, street gambling and the clamor of the media. At the expense of truth, justice, law and the blood of martyrs.
4- We affirm our desire to ensure that all the measures taken by the investigating judge are far from politics and in accordance with the provisions of the constitution, and are not subject to jurisprudence, interpretation or interpretation, and that the prosecution is carried out on the basis of logical and legal, and this is what we do not find in recent proceedings, which is why we categorically reject the absence of standards. Unified, which led to what we believe is a political targeting that affected people and ignored others without the proper balance, and brought suspicion of crime to people and excluded others without a fair measure, and this will sadly lead to delay the investigation and the trial instead of reaching a final and fair judicial ruling, for which we invite the competent investigating judge to go back to addressing this important file and take legal measures to ensure the scope of the truth desired by unified standards totally removed from politicizing and reassuring the Lebanese people about the path of this problem, since port crime is not a common crime, but a great problem the size of the nation.
