The Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Qabas said that those who refuse to receive a coronavirus vaccine in Kuwait will face a “serious dilemma”, as the vaccination certificate will be a prerequisite for traveling outside the country.

According to the newspaper, the Kuwait Ministry of Health has placed a link through its website, to register requests from citizens and residents who wish to receive the Corona vaccines as soon as they are approved and arrive in the country.

The newspaper reported that this will require the interested person to register their phone number, passport, civil number and serial number behind the civil card, to ensure that they are granted a certificate of receiving the vaccine at the end, so that they can travel to any country.

He explained that there are 5 categories that will be excluded from receiving the vaccine, namely: pregnant women, those under 18 years of age, those with infectious diseases, those who received vaccines during the last 30 days and those who suffer from allergies to certain foods and medications.

As for those who refuse to receive the vaccine from the groups included in taking it in the first stage, the newspaper said that they will face the dilemma of restricting their travel to countries that will require a certificate of receiving the vaccine to enter their territories.
