In an audio recording of a phone call to one of his friends, published by accounts belonging to the Syrian opposition factions, early Tuesday morning, the mercenary said: “He is currently in Tripoli, and what to speak of that The wages of Syrian fighters in Libya amounting to $ 2000 is incorrect, confirming that the wages are within only 4000 liras ($ 566), and the one with a means gets 6000 Turkish liras ($ 849).

He added that he and his colleagues are being assassinated on a daily basis, noting that they were placed at headquarters near the Libyan army positions and that they are in range of their fire, noting that they are being subjected to mortar fire, for which reason a hit against one of its headquarters caused the death of 6 of them.

The mercenary confirmed that they are very disappointed, noting that there is a rebellion among the Syrian fighters and a lack of will to continue in Libya, where he emphasized that they abandoned the fight and handed over their weapons, while awaiting their trip to their country.

And on Saturday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights announced that significant human losses occurred among elements of the Syrian mercenaries, which Turkey sent to Libya during military operations in the capital Tripoli, indicating that the death toll had increased 268 fighters.

The Observatory added, in this context, that Turkey is still transferring Syrian mercenaries from Syrian lands to Libya, despite the fact that most armed factions no longer wish to send their fighters to Libya, in light of the camp’s location there , stressing that the number of mercenaries that have arrived from Syria to Libya reached 8,000, while more than 3,000 are still receiving training in Turkish camps.
