The people of the occupied Syrian Golan demonstrated in the village of Masada and blocked the roads, demanding that the Israeli occupation authorities release the detainees of people who were arrested during their demonstrations to protest against the establishment of turbine fans by of the occupation on their agricultural lands.
The occupation forces used tear gas to disperse the Golan people who are organizing a sit-in on their land, and two residents were arrested.
There was widespread anger in the villages of Majdal Shams, Baqatha, Masada and Ain Qenya in the occupied Syrian Golan due to the expansion of the assault by Israeli occupation forces against people who reached out to protect their lands and prevent the occupation authorities will enter them.
And the people of the occupied Syrian Golan called for a general and comprehensive strike today, Wednesday, that includes all living facilities, disrupting schools and remote education, and targeting the lands that the Israeli occupation authorities will build with giant wind turbines and spreading across land to prevent them from implementing their expansion plan on residents’ properties.
The Al-Alam correspondent confirmed that the turbines installed by the occupation require the displacement of people from their farms.
The Al-Alam correspondent indicated that there were around 20 injuries during the crackdown on the Israeli occupation, and the protesters received rubber bullets.
