The highest temperature in November was recorded in 2020

Last month became the hottest month on record in the world among the recorded months of November, bringing 2020 closer to the record level recorded in 2016.

The European Atmospheric Monitoring Service of Copernicus reported in its monthly climate report released on Monday, a few days before the fifth anniversary of the Paris Climate Agreement, that the 12-month period from December 2019 to November 2020 recorded an average temperature of 1 , 28 degrees higher. A United Nations report last September indicated that the accumulation of greenhouse gases in the Earth’s atmosphere reached a record this year, as the economic slowdown resulting from the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic had little long-term impact.
