Student elections at Saint Joseph University were held this year on four consecutive days, as participation lists competed for 110 seats distributed among 10 universities, according to proportional law. The secular club won 41 seats, the Lebanese Forces 24, the Hezbollah alliance, the Amal movement, the Syrian Nationalist Party and the Free Patriotic Movement 17 seats and the Kataeb 8 seats. Independent groups won 20 seats. On the other hand, the Amal Movement won one university by acclamation, while the Lebanese Forces won three universities and the Secular Club won five universities by acclamation, according to the new correspondent.

The results of the schools in which the elections were held were as follows:

Faculty of Law (Droit): “The Forces” 3 places – “The Lebanese Falanges” “2 places -” The Secular Club “8 places.

Faculty of Business Administration (MGF): “The Forces” 5 positions – “The Amal, Hezbollah and Tayyar Alliance” 6 positions – “The Lebanese Falange” 2 positions

Faculty of Political Sciences (ISP): seat “Troops” – “Secular Club” 8 seats.

The Faculty of Engineering (ESIB): “The Forces” 3 positions – “Amal, Hezbollah and the Current Alliance” 5 positions – “The Lebanese Phalanges” one position – Independents 8 positions.

Institute of Business Administration (IGE): “The Forces” 3 positions – “Amal, Hezbollah and the Current Alliance” 3 positions – “The Lebanese Phalanges” 2 positions – Independents 3 positions.

Faculty of Sciences (FS): “The Forces” 2 positions – “The Alliance of Amal, Hezbollah and the Current” 3 positions – Independent 6 positions.

Faculty of Economics (FSE): “The Forces” 2 places – “The Lebanese Falanges” one place – “The Secular Club” 6 places.

Physiothérapie: “The Troops” 3 seats – “The Secular Club” 6 seats.

Faculty of Nutrition: “The Secular Club” 6 places – Independent 3 places.

Faculty of Nursing Sciences (FSI): “Troops” 2 places – “Secular Club” 7 places.
