Iran Identifies People Linked to Fakhrizadeh Killing

The Iranian government announced Wednesday that it has identified people in connection with the assassination of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, head of the Research and Development Organization at the Iranian Defense Ministry.

Iranian government spokesman Ali Rabiei said: “Investigations into Fakhrizadeh’s murder are being carried out from all sides, and the nature of the response will be prepared once the investigations are completed.”

He also confirmed that “the Iranian Security Ministry has identified individuals related to Zadeh’s murder.”

And the Iranian Security Ministry announced that measures taken by ministry affiliates led to finding clues about those involved in the murder of the martyr Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.

The Center for Public Relations and Media of the Ministry of Security announced that details related to these measures will be made known to the public at a later date.

On Friday, the Iranian Defense Ministry announced “the martyrdom of the head of the Research and Development Organization in the ministry, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh,” noting that “attempts to save Fakhri Zadeh and the death of his life were unsuccessful.”

Notably, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was mentioned in one of his lectures, “Fakhri Zada ​​publicly on his behalf in 2018”, and Israeli media previously announced that “a plan to assassinate him failed years ago.”

According to Israeli media, “Netanyahu publicly mentioned Fakhri Zadeh by name in 2018, after his photo was revealed at the press conference” in which he announced the allegations of “the theft of the Iranian nuclear archive.”
