It indicated that “the Trial Chamber unanimously ruled, in a judgment of August 18, 2020, that Salim Ayyash is guilty so that she is not contaminated by reasonable doubt, as an accomplice, in relation to the five charges against her in the refurbished consolidated processing car. These charges constitute a measure. A plot aimed at committing a terrorist act using an explosive device, deliberately killing Hariri with explosive materials, deliberately killing 21 other people with explosive materials, and deliberately attempting to kill 226 people using explosive materials.

It also decided that “Hassan Habib Mari, Hussein Hassan Oneisi and Assad Hassan Sabra are not guilty in relation to all the charges against them in the consolidated consolidated indictment.”
