Bozkir warned of continuing funding gaps from the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), explaining that “UNRWA plays a critical role in meeting the needs of 5.6 million Palestinian refugees and, despite their decisive work, funding gaps persist. “
