Soft warfare is characterized by extraordinary cunning in the employment of various kinds of sectarianism and secondary affiliations, including religious, sectarian, ethnic and other concerns and fears, and invokes corruption in its most dangerous and vile manifestations.
The intellectual capacities that were used to fight this war are the most powerful and dangerous part that must be faced. This confrontation requires monitoring, organizing and activating the intellectual energies of the educated elites for all those affected by this war, especially in the absence of political parties and organizations that are supposed to have the conscience, competence and effectiveness to carry out such task.
The method by which intellectual capacities can be activated and used against this war is based on the following initial concept:
Organize a network of sages that includes specialists in the media and its complementary branches, working initially to form a comprehensive perception of the goals and motives of all forces active in this war, and focusing on gathering information on the strengths and weaknesses of these parts and how they can be faced and faced, then coordinating the energies of the means of resistance and organizing their effectiveness at levels. International, regional and local … establish a comprehensive plan to resist and fail the plans of the promoters of war in society to achieve their goals, especially how to address social breakdown as a result of the spread of religious / sectarian discourse, divisive , terrorist and takfirista, overcoming despair, dependency and chaos, and crystallizing an alternative civic discourse as the basis for a new national consciousness. .
Today’s media, to be effective, need renewed patriotic thinking, scientific and innovative work methods and awareness, modern media and media to generate a public opinion that is aware of the dangers of this social breakdown and that condemns and hold those responsible accountable and weaken their capacities to continue what they do, through the media in its broadest fields: spectator, audio, written and all media. Electronic communication, and everything that affects the creation of public opinion, including artistic and literary works such as theater, poetry (general and eloquent), television series and movies.
To achieve the objectives of the resistance media, it is necessary to involve media professionals and creative thinkers removed from the ideological background, but the motivations of those who work to achieve these objectives must be in harmony with the work rules. The network includes national energies that work in the field of the media in general, and the owners of cause and influence on public opinion through the institutions in which they work, as well as experts in the field of electronic communication and specialists. in sciences that help to clarify a comprehensive vision of evils and a strategy of how to treat them.
This campaign covers, but is not limited to, the following topics:
1.- Dismantle the reactionary mentality and the sectarian rhetoric that it adopts and the repulsive practices of its clients on the ground, through the exploitation of religion and the issuance of fatwas that incite terror and hatred.
2.- Exposing cases of corruption in its most humiliating and dangerous form, since it exploits the poverty and ignorance of broad segments, which divides society, reinforces its impotence and failure, and prevents its unity and progress.
3- Focusing on criticizing the ruling regimes in terms of their departure from democracy and popular participation in government, the rule of law, the observance of human rights, especially women’s rights and the fight against corruption, and everything the people long for in terms of equality, justice and development.
4- Involve the national elites in the face of the war of attrition and the social and political devastation to which the resistance societies are subjected, and propose and activate what they consider necessary to defeat the aggression, build the unity of society and the homeland , and create the future.
Faced with these tasks and challenges, can we create our independent path in facing the soft war to be active partners in building human civilization without abandoning the original in our heritage and the positive in our reality?
How to create a modern, strong and just civil state, a state that restores and protects our national right to our land, strengthens the unity of society against all forms of division and division, and activates the society that resists against occupation, arrogance , domination and subordination. A state that encourages the construction of a new, educated, productive and free person?
The real challenge is how society preserves stability, prosperity, role, resists foreign hegemony and Israeli ambitions, and builds a just and mature resistance state that launches a new Renaissance project with a human dimension.
In order to crystallize, formulate and activate this project, strategic platforms of intellectual and cultural media are necessary to help stabilize this path.

Platforms that believe in the freedom of dialogue, the struggle of ideas and the creation of executive mechanisms of action to spread awareness, deepen culture and involve the human being, the main element in the process of resistance and rebirth. Open platforms for the interaction of intellectuals and media professionals from various national, liberal, leftist and reformist currents and religious reformism, to be partners in the resistance according to their dedication, creativity and sacrifices. Platforms that restore the spirit of democratic patriotism capable of confronting projects of sectarian fragmentation and ethnic divisions through awareness of national identity, national solidarity and human participation. Platforms in which writers, journalists, intellectuals and thinkers participate to be aware of global and Arab events and transformations, analyze and read them in the light of a contemporary vision based on the following rules:
1- Integral resistance is our independent and special way of facing hegemony.
2- The new renaissance that includes the development of institutions, the modernization of socioeconomic and educational structures, and the provision of education, culture and work so that man possesses knowledge and freedom.
3- Build a civil state based on developing and reforming laws, fighting corruption, strengthening the judicial authority and building a new system.
The process of activating the means of resistance is organically linked to regime change, it is inseparable and strengthened with the unity of society and it activates the role of the citizen through participation in the movement of modernization, change, construction and resistance.
