He continued: “We are sure that the relations of the countries of the region will be better in the coming months.”
For his part, Sheikh Tamim said: “Cooperation between Iran and the Gulf states should cover all areas, including ensuring the security of regional waters … Iran should be part of any agreement or dialogue to ensure the regional security “.
He added: “We are all affected by some irresponsible behavior of some countries in the region.”
The Emir of Qatar expressed his hope for “the resumption of dialogue between the Gulf states and Iran in view of new international developments.”
