He said: “We continue to rely on loyal goodwill to the nation working to restore the independent state decision and build a state whose army is one and no more, and its nationality is one and no more, and its loyalty is one and nothing. more, a state whose borders are fortified, its sovereignty is strict, its legitimacy is free, its constitution is respected and its government is exceptional “.
