Samsung Galaxy Tab S6
Thanks to Ishan Agarwal in association with PriceBaba, today is the turn of the high-end Galaxy Tab S7 tablet.
Samsung has chosen LCD over Super AMOLED
Unveiling alongside the 12.4-inch Galaxy Tab S7 +, a leaked marketing image of the smaller Galaxy Tab S7 shows that it will be virtually identical to its older brother in terms of design and exactly what you would expect from a modern flagship Samsung has chosen. A more compact 11-inch screen that features 2560 x 1080p resolution and supports a super smooth 120Hz refresh rate. But like the iPad Pro series, and unlike the Galaxy Tab S7 +, Agarwal says the panel is LCD instead of Super AMOLED.
It is still accompanied by uniform bezels that can be considered quite slim by tablet standards. But to keep costs low, Samsung has outfitted the device with a side-mount fingerprint scanner instead of an on-screen solution like the one used on the larger tablet.
To encourage horizontal use of the Galaxy Tab S7 due to its larger size, the front camera has been moved to the side bezel. It has a resolution of 8 megapixels and must guarantee an impressive video call quality.

For those of you interested in the exact dimensions, the Galaxy Tab S7 lands at 165.3 x 253.8 x 6.3mm and weighs 498g. The 11-inch iPad Pro, for reference, measures 178.5 x 247.6 x 5.9mm and weighs 471g, while the Galaxy Tab S6’s 10.5-inch numbers are 159.5 x 244.5 x 5.7mm and 420g.
The Snapdragon 865 instead of the Snapdragon 865+
Rotating the Galaxy Tab S7 reveals an aluminum construction paired with a vertical camera module, which reportedly houses a 13-megapixel main sensor and an elongated dimple designed to store the S Pen stylus magnetically.
Nothing is known about the S Pen’s specs yet, but Samsung is creating a more advanced pen for the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra that’s on par with the second-generation Apple Pencil. So it would make sense for that technology to carry over to the Galaxy Tab S7 series.
