Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe had to be replaced after suffering an ankle injury after a terrifying inning in the first half of the French Cup final.
Mbappe was defeated by St Etienne captain Loic Perrin in the 26th minute, and the challenge sparked a massive fight before the defender was sent off.
PSG won 1-0 thanks to Neymar’s goal in the 14th minute when soccer returned to the country after a four-month hiatus due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Mbappe was photographed limping around the stadium on crutches during the second half, leaving his participation in PSG’s hectic schedule in doubt.

PSG would have counted on the 21-year-old World Cup winner playing a key role in his bid to complete a quadruple of titles after his wins in Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France.
The Ligue 1 champions face Lyon in the League Cup final and have a Champions League quarterfinal against Atalanta next month.
Mbappe, who joined PSG Monaco in 2017 for £ 166 million, has scored 30 goals in 33 appearances for the club this season.
