Keeping Up with the Kardashians is set to return this September, and judging by the latest teaser trailer, the first Family Reality TV is serving up more drama than ever.
Khloe Kardashian steps things out by telling viewers they’re back in action before she’s seen an exciting conversation with her on / off friend Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares two-year-old daughter True.
It seems that Khloe, 36, and Tristan, 29, – who are now rumored to be back and looking to buy a house together – discussed what went wrong in their relationship, which only broke down after he moved to all thoughts on her threatened.

It then turns out that Khloe had a fear of coronavirus because she is seen testing for COVID-19 before we see pictures of her coughing in her bedroom.

The drama really starts to escalate when the cameras show images of Kim’s trip to Paris, France, just as lockdown began to take hold earlier this year.
‘We have to get out,’ Kim says in a confession, after dramatic scenes show her making a dash for the airport and is heard saying ‘we have to leave Kourtney!’

Kim and Kourtney were spotted at the Fashion Show in Paris in March when the quarantine began, meaning the family was afraid to fight with their children back to the US.
Earlier in the trip, Scott, 37, also discusses his recent problems, presumably referring to his stint in rehabilitation and the breakdown of his relationship with Sofia Richie, 19.
‘There could not have been a greater betrayal,’ Scott says, holding a family summit on a Zoom call.

Interestingly, Rob Kardashian is seen on the Zoom call, proving that the reclusive family member is now well and truly back on the show.
The 33-year-old sock designer recently posted a selfie on Instagram that said ‘we are back’ and it appears he intends to be a more active member of the family when it comes to appearing on her show.
The show returns to E! On Thursday, September 17 at 8 p.m.
