Considering that the plagiarism rate of the master’s thesis is usually 15 ~ 25%, it is true that the plagiarism rate of Hong Jin-young’s master’s thesis reaches 74% according to the copy killer. It is difficult to understand the fact that around three-quarters of the articles are being “copied” even considering it as the “2009 custom” that Hong Jin-young claims.
