First, the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office asked the National Prosecutor’s Office to expand an investigation team dedicated to real estate speculation instructors. Its objective is to strengthen response capacity by organizing at least one chief prosecutor, three to four prosecutors, and six to eight investigators in 43 prosecutors across the country. The government also issued guidelines to arrest all speculative officials and seek the highest sentence in court. The Great Swordsman explained that speculative crimes that use the status of public officials are considered serious crimes of corruption and in principle are imprisoned as a dimension of the strict response. They also demanded the highest penalty in court and emphasized the principle of zero tolerance to be punished according to their sins through unfair active remedies.
