The meeting ban applies only to stage 4 and only applies to clubs, game pots and sensational pubs among 1 group.

Indoor sports facilities and PC cafes are in talks with related organizations so they can operate after 9pm if risk factors like treadmill speed limit, use of restrooms, and sale of food.
