In Gwangju, infections of medical personnel associated with doctors’ clubs are spreading, and additional confirmed cases have emerged in hospitals and senior centers where group infections have previously been reported.

Group infection related to Gwangju Medical Sports Club is unusual.

Since the first infection was confirmed on the 27th of last month, there have been more than 20 confirmed cases.

A chain infection is progressing with medical staff and family members, as well as the club doctors who ate together.

Related hospitals include Jeonnam National University Hospital and six in Gwangju and Jeonnam.

Quarantine authorities are concerned that it is an infection from medical staff, but decided that no place in the same group needs quarantine yet.

The number of confirmed patients at Bluebird Senior Citizens in Yeongdo-gu, Busan, has reached 40.

In the case of Ulsan, more than 90 people were confirmed as the infection through the event intercorp, a Christian missionary organization, bit its tail.
