According to new reports, Kim Kardashian, who divorced her foreign husband Kanye West in February, will be able to keep the couple’s 15,000-square-foot California mansion as part of their divorce agreement.
West, 43, and Kardashian bought the mansion in 2014 in Hidden Hills, Calif., Before sinking into the into 20 million home for a renovation project run by “Jesus Walks” rapper.
The overhaul of the property – which includes a hall, two bridges, a vineyard and a sink that drove the couple 30,000 – has completed four years and is now valued at million 60 million, says Kardashian’s mom Chris Jenner.

The couple has raised their four children – North, Saints, Chicago, Psalm and Psalm, 1 – at home, and TMZ notes that Kardashian’s family lives in a group in their community, while the West has no real connection to the area.

In addition, a source close to the couple noted in the weekly that “[Kardashian] Made her life there and is the main home of her children “and that” was never a question – Kim was going to keep the house. “

Meanwhile, the “Power” singer has been on his 14 14 million Wyoming ranch, according to the split, which he bought in late 2019. The regret includes eight lodging units, a restaurant, an event center and meeting space. The rapper was also seeking to build an amphitheater on the property, although his request was eventually denied by Wyoming officials.
Last month, it turned out that Kardashian had filed for divorce from the West. This split, called love, comes about seven years after the marriage.
