Colonel Sanders will no longer hook his secret recipe for fried chicken as “finger lickin ‘good” … KFC says it will stop the slogan after 64 years.
The move came Monday, nearly 6 months after the novel coronavirus began sweeping the world and health officials began urging people to stop covering their faces to slow the spread. Better late than never?!?
KFC says that fingerprinting “does not feel very good” in today’s environment and that it throws the slogan in many countries.
Across the pond in the UK and Ireland, KFC is just the “finger lickin ‘” part of the slogan on buckets of chicken washed … as opposed to scrubbing the phase altogether.
The good ole ‘, finger-licking days will finally return – KFC says their famous saying will be back if the timing is right.
