Kane Brown tells the ‘true story’ of his recent adventure in the woods on his property that ended with him and several friends needing help from police to find their way home.

When Brown, 26, and a few friends decided to explore the country, they were quickly lost and after many attempts to find their way back, the police called for help.
“One help! I’m lost …. 😂 … ALL JOKES ASIDE”, the singer “Cool Again” began his account of the day he was lost.
“The real story is that I moved into a new house. I have 30 acres of 3,000 around me,” he explained. “I told my wife I would like to visit the property. I will be there in 30 minutes.”
Brown said he was waiting in only shorts and a t-shirt along with his boyfriend and girlfriend.
“Thirty minutes changed into three hours when it started to rain, it got dark and dropped to 40 degrees,” Brown said.
The singer “Good As You” said he left his phone on the back of his truck where the group had left it, and his friend’s phone was only seven percent battery.

“We used GPS to try to get back, but it kept us from getting to all those cliffs so you could not ride down 4-wheeler and I did not intend to leave them,” Brown continued.
“That I called my last resort,” he said – fellow musician Ryan Upchurch, who Brown said, “lives in the area.”
Upchurch and one of his friends found the group – but “now lost three times in five of us,” Brown said.
“He has four other friends who are riding in a kanam and they are starting to shoot,” he continued. “My buddy’s asthma girl started freaking out then. We had to get her out. So we called the cops. The cops come over and hear the gunshots and think we’re shooting at her. We cry for her and tell her that we are not armed and made it out. “

“That’s the story, but I prefer getting lost in my backyard 😂🤷🏽♂️,” Brown concluded.
Upchurch also covered the incident on social media, explaining in an Instagram video that the experience was far more harrowing than it may seem.
“Okay, look. I see all the memes and things about Kane Brown,” Upchurch began, 29. “Yes, they’re pretty funny. But here’s the fact of the matter, man. You were not there. I was there. “
“Kane got lost in the woods, on property where he just arrived fresh, did not know that very well. He goes out driving, gets lost, it gets dark, he can not find his way out,” Upchurch explained.

“My brother and I and some of my friends went to the woods where we had never been before. I had to get a GPS myself to go to his house. We finally found him in the woods. , because me and my brother, you know, we know how to look for paths that have been driven up and down recently – like that. That’s what we found him. But we’re on gas. We’re also busy with mobile service. We got lost in the woods with him. “

Upchurch acknowledged that several found the story that Brown lost on his property to be comical, but pointed out that it was dark and unknown land for the group.
“If you’re pitch black and your eyebrows are open and you can not even see your hand in front of your face, and you have thousands of acres you’ve never been to before, it’s hard to find your way out, ‘ he said.
“Say it. It’s clear that some of you have never been lost in the woods before, but if you fall blind in thousands of acres than f – in a place you’ve never been before, you’ll probably get lost.”
