Dance with the stars is scheduled to return in the fall, and although details on how, exactly, the ABC reality league show may change due to COVID-19 are unknown, celebrities are working hard to get ready to hit the dance floor. Fans do not know ~ exactly ~ who will be cast this season, but they do know that Kaitlyn Bristowe will definitely be there.
ICYMI: Bachelor host Chris Harrison invited Kaitlyn to join the cast of DWTS when she appeared on The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons – Ever! and she freaked out of course. Now, Kaitlyn has since been working on getting foxtrot-fit, according to a new Instagram post she just shared.
“I have worked so hard for the last 14 weeks on my mental and physical health. Read, meditate, rest, work out, lift heavy, Pilates, boxing, go to physical therapy for mobility and strength, get sports massages, dry needling,” she wrote next to three photos of herself in her underwear. While Kaitlyn looks great in all of them, she definitely looks more toned and muscular in the last photo.
“My body at 35 feels strong and ready to dance,” she continued. “All I keep saying is ‘Please do not send anyone home after all this work.’ Hahah but I’m glad I had the motivation to work towards something. I always think of myself as a hard worker, who also plays hard, and I’m just ready for this next chapter !!! “
Kaitlyn also said she is not one to “post body photos”, but she is “proud” of what she has achieved so far.
Cut to Kaitlyn’s Instagram Story, where she says she has worked really hard on her mental health and determination, almost as much as she exercised.

ABC has been fuzzy about details of when DWTS comes back as someone else in the cast. As of now, the network simply says “new season is coming soon” online.
