Justin Long, ‘I’m a Mac’ actor, flaws Apple Apple in new Intel ad



Nearly two decades ago, while playing against John Hodgman’s PC in Long Paul’s iconic “Get a M” commercial, Long spoke about the benefits of computers. “These are all PCs,” Long says as he surveys a collection of laptops in a new ad. “Oh yeah, Intel! Nice. My face just got unlocked, that’s great. And I’ve never seen a screen like this on a laptop.”

It moves on to the lineup: “So this is the new Mac? Okay. So, gray and gray-array.”

The new merchant is an advanced exchange of non-friendly fire between Intel and Apple Pal in recent months.

Last fall, when Apple replaced the X86 chips of the semiconductor giants with its own M1 chips in the new service Mac lineup, competing became an Intel customer. The new commercial could be another indicator of how aggressive Gelsinger plans to be in the face of Apple Pal and other rivals, as it seeks to take Intel back to its former glory. It remains to be seen whether the ad guarantees people to buy more PCs, but at least Intel now supports Longs.
