JoJo Siwa& aposs the signature blonde ponytail no longer exists.
On Saturday June 27, the YouTube star unveiled her new hairstyle on social media, revealing that she traded her light hair for a chocolate brown shade. In an Instagram video, Siwa is seen wearing her typical side pony (with a large bubblegum pink bow, of course) before making the change.
When the big reveal happens, we see Siwa receding in front of the camera with her freshly dyed, frayed, curly hair with no accessories.
Siwa also showed off her hair in a couple of TikTok videos, one of which included a swivel transition, where she went from blonde to brunette in an instant (the pink bow is still intact this time).
Fans also seem to like the change, and an Instagram user commented, “My jaw dropped to the ground! I love it!” and another writing, “Color looks great on you!”
This is not the first time that Siwa has changed things in recent months. In April, the YouTuber showed fans her looks without her typical “JoJo glam”. After stripping off her sparkly tie, glittering sunglasses, and colorful jacket, Siwa simply sported a large black T-shirt and let her hair down in the waves of the blonde loose beach.
But while Siwa seems to enjoy playing around with her looks, don & apost are expecting a permanent change, especially when it comes to her oversized hair accessories. “The arc will never end,” he said. Entertainment tonight in a recent interview “I mean, the bow is my life. I’ve loved it since I was little. And it became who I am.”
