John Cage’s musical work replaces the strings for the first time in seven years

Fans have flocked to a 63-year-old musical composition at a church in Germany to hear the strings change.

This is the first change in this part in seven years as slow as possible.

The work is by Avant-Garde American composer, John Cage.

It started 19 years ago with a pause for about 18 months. The wire was transformed into a specially constructed organ on which it is being formed.

St. Barkardy Church in Halbursted began playing music in 2001, and the last note change was in 2013.

The score is made up of eight pages of music, for playing on a piano or organ – very slowly.

But waiting for a change in the next scheduled wire will be faster than that – February 5, 2022 will be set as the date.

This piece will end in 2640.

Cage, who died in 1992 at the age of 79, wrote the piece in 1980.

The composer is arguably the most famous for 4’33 “.

The 1952 tri-movement design is for the attachment of any devices, but instructs the performers to play them. During the workplace four minutes and 33 seconds the listener hears the sound of the surrounding environment.
