Joey Lawrence and his wife Chandie are separated after almost 15 years of marriage.
The “Blossom” star filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, according to TMZ.
Joey, 44, and Chandie, 44, married at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, in 2005. The couple share two daughters: Charleston, 14, and Liberty, 10.
Joey does not have photos of his future ex-wife on social media, but he posted a sweet tribute to his daughters on Father’s Day.
“My reason for life,” he wrote in June. “My greatest blessings. Being the father of these two amazing, strong and powerful young ladies (and, of course, my son pictured there in the middle … laughs) has brought more joy and happiness to my life than I could have ever imagined. God bless all parents who enjoy and share the same blessing of being a dad. Our work as parents is unparalleled and is literally the most important and significant responsibility we can have. ”
Before he married Chandie, Joey married his first wife, Michelle Vella, in 2002. They divorced after three years and had no children together.
A representative for Joey did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
