The singer, 51, and the basketball player, 45, could soon be neighbors with the social elite of the world; including celebrities, business tycoons and billionaires, after renovating a property in the ultra-exclusive zip code.
The couple splashed out on the multi-million pound house, which spans 86 acres and has 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

The property has a contemporary modern yet homely feel, with the interior featuring lush chandeliers, rich wood paneling in the living room and floor-to-ceiling windows, while the kitchen is set to an industrial standard.
