Jeff Bridges co-stars Barbara Streisand, Michelle Pfeiffer support for the star after a lymphoma diagnosis.


On Monday, news of Jeff Bridge’s lymphoma diagnosis shook Hollywood.

As one of Hollywood’s most famous and well-known artists, it is not surprising that many stars offered their love and support after this announcement by 70-year-old Bridges.

The star has shared a statement on both Instagram and Twitter, with plenty of support from famous friends.

“Love You Buddy,” Michelle Pfeiffer, co-star of her “Fabulous Baker Boys,” wrote in comments on Instagram.

Barbara Streisand also commented, according to USA Today, and recalled in an interview how she discussed the “brilliant” actor.

“You have such a joyful feeling that I know you will overcome this temporary reversal,” the musician wrote. “Sending you so much love and light.”

Julianne Moore, who starred opposite the actor in “The Big Labsky,” also added a comment: “Oh no. Love you Jeff.”

Bridges co-star James Woods of “Again Just All Odds” and “Surfs Up” shared a message on Twitter, explaining that the actor was “absolutely loved by everyone who has ever crossed his path.”

“Jeff, my God, I love you,” wrote Aaron Poole, Bridge’s “K-Pax” co-star. “I am sending you so much love and light to my friend. Love you and family.”

On Monday, Bridges wrote, “As Dude would say .. the new S ** T has come to light,” referring to his “Big Lebowski” character.

He added: “I have been diagnosed with lymphoma. Although it is a serious disease, I am lucky to have a great team of doctors and the prognosis is good. I am starting treatment and will post you on my recovery. . “
