“Life-size Moving Gundam” finally drops on December 19!
As of December 19, 2020, it has been decided that “GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA” will open for a limited time in Yokohama city, Kanagawa prefecture, as part of the “Mobile Suit Gundam 40th Anniversary Project”. The period is from December 19, 2020 to March 31, 2022.
“GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA” is an installation where you can experience the “Gundam in motion” in Yokohama by realizing the dream of moving a 18 meter large scale Gundam.
“GUNDAM-DOCK”, where you can see “Gundam’s head and body in motion” up close from a height of 15-18 m, and “GUNDAM-LAB”, which has an exhibition installation where you can learn while enjoying “Gundam in motion” mechanism. It consists of two areas.
24 “Gundams in Motion” are said to operate and perform various movements at fixed times. In addition, a special production of the season is planned.
