In the case in which nine men and women were killed in an apartment in Zama city, Kanagawa prefecture in 2017, the unemployed Takahiro Shiraishi (30), who was charged with robbery, forced sexual relations and murder, was tried for the Tachikawa Section of the Tokyo District Court on the 25th. The defense, which demands the consent of the murderer with the consent of the victim, asked about the three women who did not kill while the defendant knew each other and left while killing nine people. Defendants who opposed the defense policy declined to answer most of the questions, saying “I will keep silent.”
