On November 19, the city of Sapporo announced details of 196 people who were infected with the new corona virus, which killed four people.

The city of Sapporo has not released the name of the facility, saying it has been able to identify 28 people (10 residents, 18 employees) who had close contact during the period when there was a risk of spreading the infection.
