Hiroto Ohara, who continues to win from round 1 to 1st place
The second day of the main race of the “2nd Japan Open of Surfing” which is held at Tsurigasaki Beach (commonly known as Shidashita) in Chiba has ended.
Main Round 2 and Round 3 will take place today, and 8 players, 4 men and 4 women, will advance to Round 4, which will be a consecutive semi-final.
Additionally, the losers’ recovery battle has progressed to rounds 1-3, with a total of 16 men and 8 men each connecting their hopes for the final day tomorrow.

Shidashita, the venue, maintains the Koshi-Mune swell as yesterday, and starts from the women’s second main round at 7am.
Mahina Maeda, who appeared in the first heat, passed 1st place with a total of 12.07 points including 8.17 points. The third round of the next three-person series also improved to 1st place and advanced to the semi-final.
Also, in the first series of Round 3, three people who became Japanese national team players at the WSG (World Surfing Games) in Miyazaki last year credited it.
