China unilaterally claims sovereignty over the Senkaku Islands. During the month of February 1 to 28, when the Coast Guard Law came into effect, up to 14 Coast Guard vessels illegally invaded Japan’s territorial waters around the Senkaku Islands. He hunts down and threatens working Japanese fishing boats, forcing them to move using electrical and radio notice boards. There were six offenses in January, more than doubled in February.
Japan Coast Guard patrol boats are becoming more vigilant in the waters of the site, but some Chinese Coast Guard boats are equipped with artillery and there is a risk that patrol boats and fishing boats will be fired upon.

Dangerous acts of forcibly driving away fishing boats operating in territorial waters are not allowed. The Senkaku Islands, such as Takeshima (Oki Island City, Shimane Prefecture), are an exclusive territory of Japan. Its sovereignty resides in Japan. In September 2012, Japan changed from private to state ownership and clearly showed its sovereignty to the international community. China has enacted the National Security Law (National Security Law) to crack down on democracy in Hong Kong and has repeatedly invaded the Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) against Taiwan, which it considers part of its own country.
