The Ryzen 5000 will be the first CPU to use Zen 3. Zen 3 has been optimized based on the previous generation “Zen 2” architecture with a 7 nanometer manufacturing process, and the number of instruction executions (IPCs) per watch is “Ryzen”, which is pretty fast even if it isn’t.
