Miho Takagi (26 = Japanese profession) achieved the “first five crowns”. In three days he achieved complete mastery of the fifth short, medium and long distance test. The answers to each question are as follows.
-5 crowns reached
My Takagi There is a sense of accomplishment when running 5 races instead of 5 crowns. Especially this season, the first tournaments were shortened. I also feel joy and satisfaction in being able to do everything.
-Fatigue
My Takagi I have been so tense for the past three days that all the strands of tension have disappeared and I am tired, but I feel like I am in a state of distraction.
-The self-assessment of these 3 days
My Takagi As for each individual race, there weren’t many races that could give such a high score. I am completely satisfied with everything I have done.
-5 bottles in 3 days The harvest in the tournament
My Takagi The best harvest was being able to build a body that could go through this tough program. I had a good time adjusting and assembling the conditioning at the end of the year.
-How do you feel when you finish 5000 meters
My Takagi I was looking around for a while. I thought it was impossible. I felt like I couldn’t run anymore today.
-What is your commitment to off-road vehicles?
My Takagi I want to fight and win in every way, and I find it interesting. I just want to fight in every way rather than in every way to improve my skating skills.
-5 What is your intention to participate in the event?
My Takagi This is the fifth event of the form that I will try if I can challenge. However, it is not a verification of how much the body can withstand, but as such there was a lot of information that could be gleaned from the fifth event.
-It was difficult if I participated in the international competition as usual
My Takagi I don’t know when the tournament will be so I think I was looking forward to going out when I could.
