In Saitama prefecture, 150 new people infected with the new corona virus and 2 deaths were announced on the 2nd.
The prefecture has announced the death of two 80-year-old men. One of them is a patient admitted to the “Sugano Hospital” (Wako city) where a group (group of infected people) occurred.

According to the city of Kawagoe, the two are staff members and inpatients of “Akashindo Hospital” in the city, and a total of 11 people are infected in the hospital.
According to the city of Kawaguchi, the five are residents and staff of the special nursing home “Harukaen”. A total of 14 people were infected at the facility.
Apart from these, the Prefectural Education Office announced the infection of three students and a faculty member of Kasugabe Prefectural High School. It also revealed that a child from a prefectural school in the western part of the prefecture was infected.
