The 91st City Adult Baseball Competition opens at the Tokyo Dome. It will be played in a tournament format with 32 teams. The final is on December 3. Athletes and referees will undergo a PCR test for the new corona virus. The number of visitors to a game is limited to 10,000 and there is no support from the famous cheer party. It is held every summer, but it was changed because the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics were scheduled for this year. The first day is two games in the first round. In the first match, Mitsubishi Motors Kurashiki Oceans defeated last year’s champion JFE East Japan 3-1. In the second game, Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., pitcher Ryosuke Kuribayashi appeared, receiving the first draft nomination from Hiroshima.
