I felt that the first generation was beautiful enough, but when I looked at the sky and the ground, I could see the squashed “dots” or the boundaries between pixels in a grid pattern. While I feel immersed as if I am lost in virtual reality space, I still feel like I am looking at the photographs and images that are displayed on the screen. On the other hand, in Quest 2, the dots are almost invisible. The sound is also evolving. Headphones / earphones can be connected, but the main unit also has a speaker, and the sound quality has been refined in Quest 2. The bass sinks a bit more in Quest 2 than in the first generation. I feel like the sound field space itself is a bit wider than the original model.
