On day 4, 108 new coronavirus infections were revealed in Kanagawa prefecture. Health officials from the prefecture and five cities, including Yokohama and Kawasaki, have announced. It is the first time since August 29 that the number of new infected people exceeds 100 per day.

The city of Yokohama has announced a record number of 86 infections.
