Photographing the whole story of horror “a man who tries to open the door with a smile” of which the victim of road rage speaks

A man was arrested for driving in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. Victims who were agitated for about 1500m spoke vividly about the time of horror.
Video taken by the victim from inside a car traveling in Minami-ku, Sakai City, on January 27 of this year. Sakai was arrested on February 8 on suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Law, when a man got out with a satisfied smile from a car that stopped in front of the victim after continuing to drive. I am Shinji Tani (45), an unemployed person in the city. It is suspected that Mr. Tani relentlessly approached and squeezed a light passenger car for a 40-year-old couple for about 1,500 meters.

A red car that accelerates and stops. It is a clear tilt operation.
(Wife) “Dangerous, dangerous! Oh my gosh. I’m so scared. I was about to get hit. What is this? It’s dangerous. It’s dangerous.”
Breathing is disturbed due to fear. The victim couple tries to keep their distance from this red car, but the red car follows again.
(Wife) “Cha ah ah! Crash! I’m so scared. What this person! I can’t do! Wow ah ah!”
On the brink of the collision, the red car rolls in front of the victim’s car and comes to a sudden stop. And Tani got out of the driver’s seat of the red car. The inside of the car where the screams echo is in a state of panic.
(Wife) “Lock. Lock. Fear, come down. Lock.”
With a creepy laugh, Tani walks over to the passenger seat and tries to force the door open. Right on the other side of Tani’s door. After that, when Tani moved to the front of the car, her smile disappeared from Tani’s face. After that, Tani said that she ran away after hitting the window several times.
According to the police investigation, Tani has withheld his approval or disapproval, saying, “I will speak with you after meeting with a lawyer.”
The wife, who was in the passenger seat, looked back in time of terror as follows.
“I’m just scared of my memory. I used to be a stranger to drive a road rage. It’s scarier than I imagined. I wonder what I might do in the end. I have no idea and I don’t know why. Right.”
