Updated: 2020/12/11 18:02
A second-year high school girl who had been missing since December 1 was found dead in a wooded area in Nara city on the morning of December 11. It looks like a suicide due to the situation at the scene.
A 14-year-old high school sophomore living in Nara City, Nara Prefecture, left her home at the same time as her usual school attendance on December 1 and lost her whereabouts. The police released a photo of a student’s face from December 9 and asked for information, while on December 11 about 100 people were searching her house, and it was around 9:30 am. I found the body of a woman in a forest of trees. It means that the family has confirmed that they are students.
No suicide note has been confirmed, but police are investigating the cause of death, assuming the student compromised based on the situation at the scene.
