British chef Jamie Oliver returns with a new television series, Jamie: Keep Cooking and Carry On.

Created in a matter of days, the series offers easy-to-follow recipes and tips and tricks designed to live life under lockdown.

The show will air exclusively in the Middle East on FOX Life on May 15 at 5 p.m. UAE time and at 4 p.m. KSA time.

The series will air every weekend on Fridays and Saturdays, two consecutive episodes, following an agreement with global producer and distributor Fremantle.

In his new TV series, 44-year-old British chef and restaurateur Oliver will show viewers how to get the most out of their kitchen staples and how to be more creative with whatever ingredients they have at home and whatever their budget.

From clever frozen food ideas to recipes drawn entirely from the store closet, Jamie will show home cooks how to prepare nutritious foods with simple ingredients.

Oliver said: “Cooking nutritious meals for yourself and your loved ones has never been more important. This show will be packed with delicious and easy recipes that the whole family can enjoy, plus tons of tips, tricks, and tricks for simple swaps and ways you can make recipes work with what you have.
